Returns & Exchange Policy
White Light Elements will be happy to accept a return or an exchange of a product ordered by you, subject to the following terms and conditions:
Reasons for Return/Exchange:
Product received in damaged condition | I received a different product | Error in quantity ordered
- Products can be returned or exchanged through our website whitelightelements.in
- If you wish to return or exchange the product, please initiate the process within 48 hours of the receipt of the package. Notifications received after 48 hours of the receipt of the package are not eligible for return/exchange.
- Follow the simple process listed below to process your return/exchange
- Go to the My Accounts page and login as a member (if not registered, kindly register with the same email id as mentioned in the order details to access your details) and click on ‘MY ORDERS’
- You will see VIEW TICKET against your order(s).
- Click on VIEW TICKET, fill in the details accordingly. (Ex.- Subject – Returns or Exchange; Priority – High; Message – Reason of Return)
- Mark it on high priority for all Returns/Refund/Exchange
- Kindly attach the picture of the product as received. (Note. – This is Mandatory)
- Click on ‘SUBMIT’.
- The returns team on successful verification and validation, will arrange a pickup of the items from your address within 3 working days from the date of request for return/exchange.*
- In the case of a refund, your payment amount will be credited in your ‘Happiness Wallet’, regardless of whether it is a pre-paid order or a Cash on Delivery.
- This amount credited in the ‘Happiness Wallet’ may be used for your subsequent purchases from White Light Elements.
- In case of exchange, the product shall be dispatched to you within 3-5 working days
- Please allow 7 business days for the amount to be credited in your Happiness Wallet or for the new order to reach you.
- In case you wish to cancel your order, you need to do so before the order has been dispatched. It is recommended that you initiate a cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order.
- If your order has already been dispatched when you place your request for cancellation, the order cannot be cancelled but you can exchange or return it through the above process.
- In case the value of the order for exchange is lesser than Rs. 1,500/- an additional shipment charge of Rs. 200/- will have to be borne by the customer.
- *An order is eligible for return only if all the packaging and inclusions are intact. Our personnel will duly check the same before accepting it for return or exchange. In case any of the inclusions are found missing, the order would be considered as ineligible for a return or an exchange and will not be accepted.
- All disputes are subject to Ahmedabad jurisdiction.
