Love is a feeling that denotes a mode of deep affection for self and others. When we love someone or something, we’re in absolute acceptance of the same. We drop all judgment and criticism and adopt genuine appreciation towards it. True love comes with the only condition of being unconditional.

Gratitude is a deep and genuine feeling of unconditional thankfulness towards everything and everyone. It is about acknowledging and accepting all good things that you have in your life and appreciating the same in the sincerest manner.

How to Use:

§ To start with, you may choose any one of these practices and one of the inscribed affirmations.
§ Whenever you see this box, you are reminded of doing the affirmation. Read the affirmation and try to internalize it with complete consciousness.
§ If possible, do this several times a day.
